Who it is for

Built for these sellers

Whether you run a single store or operate across marketplaces and regions with a team, Juzhong ERP maps to the way you already work. These are the three seller types we fully support today.

A

Amazon sellers

Store authorization for the North America, Europe and Far East regions, covering both FBA and merchant-fulfilled (FBM) operations.

  • Order retrieval and tracking-number write-back
  • FBA inventory sync and replenishment signals
  • Settlement reports and fee breakdowns
O

Ozon sellers

Bind your store with the Ozon Seller API and run listings, orders and FBS fulfilment for the Russian marketplace.

  • Product collection, category attributes and bulk upload
  • FBS order processing and warehouse stock write-back
  • Listing-status reconciliation and issue triage
2

Multi-marketplace teams

Distribute from a single SKU catalogue to multiple marketplaces, instead of re-entering the same product in portal after portal and losing the thread.

  • One SKU mapped to many stores and marketplaces
  • Profit by store and by marketplace
  • Multi-user access with role-based permissions

Integrations

Where the data comes from, and how you authorize it

All marketplace data is retrieved through each platform's official APIs. You confirm the permission scope yourself in the platform's own portal — we can only access what you explicitly approve.

AMAZON

Amazon Selling Partner API

Authorization uses the standard OAuth 2.0 (LWA) flow. You never provide us with your Amazon account password.

  1. Start the Amazon store authorization inside Juzhong ERP;
  2. You are redirected to the official Amazon page and sign in with your seller account;
  3. You review and approve the requested permission scopes on Amazon's own page;
  4. Once authorized, the system syncs orders, catalogue, inventory and financial data within the scopes you granted.

The permission scope is confirmed entirely by you on Amazon's own page — we can only access the data you explicitly approve.

OZON

Ozon Seller API

Bind a store using the Client-Id and Api-Key generated in your Ozon seller portal. You create the key and can revoke it at any time.

  1. Generate an API key in the Ozon seller portal, selecting the roles it should carry;
  2. Enter the Client-Id and Api-Key in Juzhong ERP to complete binding;
  3. The system validates the credentials immediately and starts syncing once they pass;
  4. The key is encrypted at rest on the server. You may revoke it in the Ozon portal at any time, or rotate it within our system.

The key's permissions are chosen by you when creating it in the Ozon portal, and it can be revoked at any time.

Expanding: we are integrating additional cross-border marketplaces. The system architecture already accommodates multiple platforms, and the platforms and APIs listed here are updated as integrations ship.

Security & Compliance

How your data is handled

Cross-border operating data and buyer personal information are sensitive. Our constraints are built into the architecture, not just written into a document.

Credentials encrypted

Marketplace API keys and authorization tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. They are never stored or displayed in plaintext.

Encrypted in transit

All communication between clients and our servers is protected with TLS against interception and tampering.

Data isolation

Each seller account is an isolated data space. Business records are scoped and validated by ownership; cross-tenant queries are not performed.

Least privilege

Account passwords are stored as bcrypt one-way hashes. Within the system, menu, action and data permissions are granted by role.

Audit trails

Sign-ins, order handling and configuration changes are written to audit logs for after-the-fact investigation.

Purpose limitation

Marketplace data is used only to provide the ERP service itself — never for advertising, profiling or resale.

Retention limits

Data is kept only as long as the service requires, and deleted or returned within an agreed period after termination.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data at any time, and can revoke authorization or close your account.

For the detailed rules on processing, sharing, retention periods and your rights, see our Privacy Policy. For the rights and obligations between us, including limitations of liability, see our Terms of Service.
